By submitting information through Whisp registration forms, you authorize Whisp to:

• Submit your business information for carrier Brand and Campaign approval

• Register and manage messaging numbers on your behalf

• Maintain compliance documentation required by telecommunications providers

Opt-In & Consent Requirements

Messaging campaigns registered through Whisp require documented consumer opt-in. Opt-in may be collected through client websites, landing pages, or Whisp-hosted pages when necessary for compliance.

Landing Pages & Policy Support

If a client website does not meet carrier compliance requirements, Whisp may create temporary or permanent landing pages and required policy pages, including Terms and Privacy disclosures, strictly for approval and compliance purposes.

Approval Disclaimer

Client Responsibility
